Module 1: Project Scope Management Stage

In this module, the aspirants will learn how to define the following:-

1. Understand the role of various stakeholders and their responsibilty.

2. Interfaces between the various stakeholders to ensure a hindrance free allocation of work.

3. The primary responsibilities in discharging work where overlaps occur.

4. Defining and creating responsibility matrix.

5. Understand risk definition and identification.

6. Preparation of preliminary risk assessment matrix.

Module 2: Project Design Stage

This is the second stage in managing the project.  In this module, the aspirants will understand various facets of the design elements which go in defining and planning for a project. A construction project comprises of a number of disciplines - civil, electrical, air conditioning, plumbing, building equipment's, building management systems and fire and safety, all of which need to be integrated and dovetailed to one another.

The aspirants will be taught how to ensure smooth coordination between all designing agencies to ensure the required drawings meeting customer requirements are produced in a timely and orderly manner.

Module 3: Quantity Surveying

Proper quantification under the appropriate heads matching the tenders is a key requisite to manage the cost of the project. Proper quantity surveying is necessary to ensure that accuracy is maintained while evaluating the bills submitted fairly, and in line with the specifications and tender conditions.

Aspirants will be taught how to ensure that adequate support by way of quantity surveying in real world projects.

Module 4: Project Tendering Stage

The aspirants will be taught the nuances of Quanity Surveysing at the stage of Project Tendering so as to ensure that adequate support 

Module 5: Contract Management Stage

It is a known fact that one never manages people or objects, one manages agreements and contracts. Aspirants in this module will be taught how to manage the contracts for the client with established practices and lawsand learn the techniques to ensure timely and cost-effective implementation of the contracts in a practical manner.

Module 6: Project Construction Stage

The transition from planning to execution is by no means an easy task. Even the seasoned Project Managers face many issues in this transition phase. In this module the aspirants will be taught the aspects of Project scheduling and monitoring. They will also be taught about the approaches, method statements, aspects of detailed planning, and how to carry out day to day monitoring of activities at site.
